Eligibility for Returns

Because our products include supplements and pharmaceutical items, returns or exchanges are not accepted once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

Return Timeframe

If your order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be approved.
